Spotnana has announced a significant expansion of its content capabilities through a “deep, direct integration” with Booking.com’s latest API. This strategic move unlocks Booking.com’s entire global inventory for Spotnana’s agency partners and corporate clients, bridging the gap between consumer and corporate travel options.

Unlocking Consumer Rates for Corporate Travelers A primary advantage of this integration is access to competitive rates that were previously exclusive to the Booking.com consumer website. Travelers will now be able to book these rates directly through Spotnana while enjoying a “consumer-grade” user experience. The platform also empowers users with self-service capabilities, allowing them to modify or cancel trips independently.

Streamlined Operations for TMCs For Travel Management Companies (TMCs), the integration is designed to simplify workflows. Partners can manage global servicing requests directly through the Spotnana agent desktop. Additionally, Spotnana Cloud for TMCs offers configurable content controls, allowing agencies to activate this new inventory source with ease.

Expanded Booking Options and Flexibility The partnership brings a suite of flexible options to travel buyers and sellers, including:

  • Payment Flexibility: Choices between pre-paid and pay-at-property options.
  • Exclusive Pricing: Access to loyalty member rates, closed user group pricing with geo-specific rates, last-minute deals, and seasonal promotions.
  • Extended Stay Support: Features catering to long-stay bookings and a “work-friendly” tag to identify suitable non-hotel accommodations.
  • Global Support: Consolidated multi-language responses within a single request.

Combating Content Fragmentation Bill Brindle, Executive Vice President of Content and Commercials at Spotnana, highlighted the strategic importance of the partnership. He noted that the goal is to eliminate content fragmentation by establishing deep connections with the world’s major travel providers.

“This partnership enables us to provide full access to Booking.com’s inventory at rates that are highly attractive to travel buyers and sellers,” Brindle stated. “Through Spotnana Cloud for TMCs, activating this content is now as easy as flipping a switch.”
